Research That Benefits Children and Families
I think research does have many benefits. Research offers ways to enlighten others on positive findings or negative ( meaning certain behaviors be stopped). An example of how I know research can be great is an experiment my class (and all others that have taken that major) did on the effects of heart rate increases therefore leading to the benefit of play. Looking at these metabolical occurrences are ways to show the benefit of exercise through play. We had to conduct the experiment because we were looking at the effect exercise in young children. This study showed that exercise is beneficial, and if play happens regularly, then obesity can be lessened.
